Sustained Practice
A small-group coaching experience for artists and creatives
Curious if Sustained Practice is right for you? Check out the overview video below.More About the Group
Sustained Practice is a small-group coaching experience for artists and creatives navigating multiple roles, responsibilities, and competing demands.
Participants are invited to bring a long-term goal or creative project to anchor their inner work as we hold space for each other, share successes and roadblocks, offer caring accountability, and explore coaching frameworks that strengthen prioritization, focus, and access to inspiration.
Each session combines curated coaching content with organic conversation and connection. Optional resources and reflective practices are offered in between sessions, with an invitation to explore whatever feels additive to your process.
What Past Participants are Saying
-
“It surprised me how much emotional exploration happened. I think about what we talked about a lot in other contexts during my day, not just in my art.”
-
“I became so comfortable with the other people in my group. The last time I was in this sort of space it was group therapy.”
-
“It reinforced that I am my biggest critic and that it’s okay to not be “where I think I should be” — just trust the process and the timeline and the universe.”
“It’s raw, inspiring, honest, down to earth, and fun.”
What Happens During Each Session?
Reflection — check in with where you are and what you need.
Coaching — explore the beliefs, patterns, and roadblocks affecting your practice.
Connection — learn alongside a small group of multidisciplinary artists and creatives.
Accountability — name what you’re moving toward and return the following week to share progress and insights.
This isn’t a class, a critique group, or a mentorship program. It’s a guided space to slow down, explore the inner dynamics of your practice, and build focus around your creative priorities.
